Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tanvik website (tanvik.io) and platform, provided by Redcloud Technologies ("Tanvik", "we", "us"). This is a summary stub and will be expanded into our full terms before public launch. By using Tanvik, you agree to these Terms.

Using Tanvik

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity in your workspace and for complying with applicable laws.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

Messaging responsibilities

When you send messages through WhatsApp, SMS or RCS via Tanvik, you must comply with the policies of the relevant providers and Indian regulations, including obtaining proper consent (opt-in) from your recipients and following TRAI/DLT requirements for SMS.

Billing

Paid plans and message charges are billed on a prepaid basis as described at sign-up. Carrier and provider message rates are passed through. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep Tanvik available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanvik is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
